Shipping & Returns

Please find the terms and conditions for use of the product and services offered by Espresso Daimo Ltd. Please take time and read through the information carefully. By placing an order with us you on this website, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY via overnight courier on all orders to the retail value of £100.00 or over, delivered to addresses in Mainland UK except Post Codes HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-78 PH42- 44, PO30-41, TR21-25 ZE1-3.
Orders between £50 & £100 will be sent via first class post free of charge, under the value of £50.00, there is a charge of £4.85.
All orders over £100 placed by 3pm will be delivered the next business day. Under £100 value, next day delivery can be purchased for just £10.00.
Any orders outside Mainland UK will be sent via The Post Office please contact us by phone or email regarding the relevant delivery costs if next day is required.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We can not accept any responsibility for late delivery due to courier delays. We can only apologise for this and any inconvenience caused. Please ensure when signing for your order, you check to see the courier has delivered the correct number of packages.

Missing or damaged parcels signed for can not be replaced after the courier has left your premises. When signing you are signing that goods are in good condition. If you cannot physically check the item, sign for the item writing UNCHECKED in capitals next to your signature. Failure to do so could prevent you from claiming for a damaged item.

Returns Unwanted / Unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We will refund the amount paid for the item including outbound postage and packaging. You do have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period so we advise you to return the items with suitable cover against loss in transit. If an item is incomplete, not in the same condition or without full packaging as supplied, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or apply an additional charge to compensate. Any claim by you for any product that is defective or not of a satisfactory quality, must be notified to us by e-mail or letter within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect. Defective goods will be replaced within 7 working days, unless out of stock, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund. All refund requests must be communicated via email or recorded delivery letter.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update the terms from time to time and any changes will be notified via a suitable announcement on the website. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have made such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes come into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.

Although we endeavour to keep our pricing up to date and accurate we cannot be held responsible for any human errors made. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time. We reserve the right to change the price of any item on this website at anytime without prior notice.

Payment options We accept all major credit and debit cards. The credit/debit card details that you provide may be used to carry out further checks or authorisations with the card issuer for security purposes. In some cases we may require an ID and proof of address.
